How we price animation
The price of animation projects is very variable. It’s a dynamic connection between style x length.
The more complex the animation in terms of scenes, backgrounds, character movement, the more budget needed.
We have streamlined this process to offer specific styles & prices to suit any budget. You can see bellow the breakdown of styles and it should be easy to see the difference in as the budget increases.
These prices are exclusive of VAT and do not include Music & Voiceover costs
1. Motion Graphics
1st minute €1,000 , additional minutes €500
This is the most streamlined option in terms of both cost and turnaround. The focus is on clean, well-designed motion graphics and text animation, with simple visual elements and minimal complexity. By leaning into animated typography and graphic transitions, we’re able to communicate ideas clearly while keeping production efficient. This approach is ideal for projects that need a fast delivery without sacrificing clarity or polish.
2. Character Graphics
1st minute €1,500 additional minutes €750
Building on the motion-graphics approach, this option introduces a simple character to add personality and visual interest. Character animation is kept deliberately minimal — small movements and gestures rather than full performance animation — alongside simplified backgrounds. This allows for a slightly richer storytelling feel while still maintaining a lower cost and quick turnaround compared to more character-driven styles.
3. House Style
1st minute €2,000 additional minutes €1,500
This style represents our established house look. It combines animated characters and graphic elements to guide the story in a clear and engaging way. Because we’ve already developed a library of reusable assets for this style, it allows us to deliver a more detailed level of animation while keeping costs efficient.
As a house style, it isn’t exclusive to a single project, but there’s still plenty of flexibility — including colour customisation to match your branding and the creation of new, project-specific elements where needed.
4. Custom
Custom will need a call and quote.
This option offers the highest level of detail both in design and animation. It features more complex character animation, richer backgrounds, and a higher overall level of visual refinement. These styles are often used for narrative-driven projects or dialogue-led pieces where character(s) performances can play a central role, but it can be adapted to a wide range of content. Due to the increased level of detail and customisation, this option sits at the higher end in terms of both time and budget.
